Working with an interior design consultant ensures that every stage of your project is completed correctly, allowing you to concentrate on the larger picture.
Lead Interior Designer cum Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to learn about their wants and needs, as well as their budget.
- Developing a thorough design on how to decorate the interior of a building or room.
- Putting it into action by choosing decorations and other room furnishings, when the client gives approval of the idea.
- Employ a team of suppliers on their own to delegate work and complete the job on time.
Job Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design is necessary.
- A 3-4 Years of experience in relevant field.
- Design work portfolio.
- AutoCAD / SketchUp and VRAY / 3D Studio Max software proficiency.
Business Development Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Designing aesthetics and brand awareness for work and office areas including design firms.
- Developing a workplace that is practical, safe, efficient, and ergonomic in order to maximize employee productivity.
- Designing cabins, cubicles, boardrooms, conference rooms, and common areas such as break rooms, resulting in a completely functional completed workplace and design services.
- To maximize the leads visit to Architects, Builders and Designers and help to achieve targets.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture is necessary and a MBA degree is an added advantage.
- A 2-3 years of experience in a similar field is required.
- Interior design certification is preferable. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and a PowerPoint presentation is an added advantage.
Site Supervisor (Male Candidate Only)
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with builders to decide the floor layout.
- Consult with clients on their kitchen design objectives.
- Create comprehensive designs to be followed by the building team.
- Contact merchants, in order to purchase specified materials and furnishings.
- Must understand the AutoCAD Drawings along with electrical and plumbing system layouts.
- Visiting to site location on daily basis and reporting is necessary.
Job Qualifications:
- An associate or a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2 – 3 years of work experience in Modular Furniture Industry (Kitchen & Wardrobes) is preferred.
- AutoCAD or other equivalent design software proficiency.
Showroom Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a organized and welcoming showroom environment and the daily operations of the showroom including opening and closing procedures.
- He / She should be able to close the deals and take the responsibility of work in absence of Director.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor and manage the showroom’s monthly budgets and expenses.
- Manage Housekeeping staff and take a complete responsibility of showroom functions and help the entire team to coordinate daily activities.
Job Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Arechitecture / Interior Design.
- A 5-6 years of experience in Modular Furniture Industry (Kitchen & Wardrobes) is preferred.
